Now that it&amp;#39;s very easy ...</title><content type='html'>A comment to myself:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now that it&amp;#39;s very easy for a card issuer to make a smartphone app, it would be great for them to enable a reliable location-finder to be used in risk rules.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A user should be able to choose that a physical card transaction can only happen in the same country where their phone is to be found. I wanted to make sure you knew that TripIt has an API that we released a few weeks ago.  It would be relatively easy today for your credit card issuer to use our API for the purpose you mention.
